How to add and remove PDK key access

If your property uses a PDK (ProdataKey) access control integration with Level, you can add and remove a PDK key (card or fob) access for residents.

To add or remove a PDK keys:

1. In Level Manager, open the resident's profile.
2. Click Edit in the top right corner of the screen.
   • To add a key:
     1. Click Add a PDK credential.
        
     2. Enter the number printed or embossed on the PDK key.
        
     3. Click Add PDK credential.
        You'll see the key on the list of added keys.
        
   • To remove a key, click the delete icon next to the key you want to remove.
3. Click Update profile.
   You'll see a confirmation message.
