How to connect a Level Bridge
The Level Bridge connects the lights, locks, sensors, and thermostats in a unit to the Level network. The Bridge needs to be connected to power for devices to work with Level, and to add or remove door codes.
Follow these steps to connect a Level Bridge:
1. Find the Bridge
The Level Bridge is a 2.75" x 2" x .25" white plug-in device with a Level logo printed on the front. The Bridge is usually plugged into the media panel or an out-of-the-way outlet. If you can't find the Bridge plugged in, check in drawers, cabinets, or the media cabinet.
If a Bridge is missing from a unit, contact Support to tell them the Bridge is missing. Please provide your community name and the unit number.
2. Plug in the Bridge
If you find the Bridge unplugged, plug it into the media panel or an out-of-the-way outlet. Plug the Bridge into a standard electrical outlet.
Important: Don't plug the Bridge into an outlet that's controlled by a switch.
