How to access a recovery code

In the event that a Level Hub or Lock is offline and unable to be controlled by the Ambient app, staff can click on the recovery code icon in the “Devices” section of the unit detail page in the manager dashboard to access a recovery code.

Note: There are five recovery codes on each lock.
