How to use the Ambient Home app to unlock amenity doors

If your community's amenity doors are connected to Ambient, you can use the Ambient Home app to unlock these doors.

To unlock amenity doors:

1. In the Ambient Home app, swipe left over your unit name to find the amenities list.
   
2. Tap and hold the lock icon for the door you want to unlock.
   If the list is long, you may need to scroll to find it.
   After a few seconds, the door will automatically re-lock.
